Presencing is a social technique established by C. Otto Scharmer at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. It’s basis is the “Theory U” – a five-stage process of co-initiating, co-sensing, co-presencing, co-creating and co-evolving living microcosms of a better future. Seeing without prejudice, sensing with empathy and presence free of fear are the essential elements to let go the old and let come the new into existence. Presencing is agens’ main tool for leadership development.
